Daaaaaaang, Comic-Con was full! I’ve only been once before, so I forgot how ridiculously full the convention center gets. It was so full, there was barely any chance for Fizzle-Fhoto opts. Luckily, there were a couple of choice moments…

Promotion for A Friendly Game went pretty well, considering that we had a brand new graphic novel in a convention center overflowing with books, toys, and Darth Vaders. We had some advance copies for people to pick up and overall reception was positive. (Still, if you are Lydia’s age you should wait to read it.) The book is still currently on pre-order from Amazon, but will be released soon.

Comics are back Monday!

Heyo! I am getting ready to go to San Diego Comic-Con to hang out at the SLG Publishing booth and promote A Friendly Game, which you should wait until you are much older than Lydia to read.

As a result, Fizzlebit is getting a pause button until everything has calmed down. Since there’s a few template goofs in the site that need to get upgraded to match the Webcomic 3 upgrade, I’m looking at posting new pages on August 2nd so that I can clean up the site a bit after getting back from Comic-Con on the 25th. Fizzlebit is going to tag along to Comic-Con, and hopefully if there’s a good connection in the convention building, he can post photos of the con….Pages will flow like milk and honey after all this stuff is out of the way! (Actually, maybe not since that could get sticky. They will just start posting again.)
